Little Lambs is a warm, faith-based Parent & Caregiver play group created especially for families with babies, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in Garden Grove and the surrounding Orange County community. Rooted in Christian love and community, Little Lambs is a gentle space where little children can explore and grow—and where grown-ups can connect, exhale, and feel supported during the early years of parenting.

We know these early years can be both deeply joyful and incredibly tiring. Little Lambs was designed with this season of life in mind—a place where children can play at their own pace, and where caregivers can slow down, share stories, ask questions, and find encouragement alongside others walking a similar road in a faith-centered, supportive environment. This includes opportunities for group prayer and sharing prayer requests.

Each gathering includes opportunities for free play, movement, music, and simple hands-on activities. Near the end of our time, we gather briefly for a short, toddler-friendly circle time with our lamb puppet, Lucy Lamb, followed by a closing prayer led by one of our pastors. Families are also welcome to share prayer requests, either for group prayer or privately. Prayer requests may be submitted discreetly by writing them down and placing them in our prayer box, which is reviewed by a pastor prior to each week’s prayer.

Our drop-in class opens at 10:00 a.m., but families are welcome to arrive at whatever time works best for them. Little Lambs is designed to be flexible—there is no requirement to arrive “on time,” no expectation of weekly attendance, and no pressure to commit long-term. Again, this is a drop-in play group—come when it works for your family!

Our hope is to gently reflect God’s love in ways that feel natural, nurturing, supportive, Christ-centered, and age-appropriate for parents, caregivers, babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
